Strengths-
I consistently created quality work, for example, the homework I have completed in all classes and, more specifically, my ethnobotany journal for Mr. Holland's Enviornmental Ethics. I always finish the description of the plant and the sketches the night before and watercolor it in class.
Areas for Growth-
I need to completing my homework more carefully. For example, I usually don't read the instructions carefully and end up answering the question incorrectly. I also need to ask for help when I have trouble with a question or topic.
SMART Goal
This quarter, my goal is to get help when I need it.
Specific: I need to get help from peers, relatives, and teachers when I need it.
Measurable: I will attend tutoring every other week.
Attainable: I will check my Jumprope frequently to check my grades and missing assignments.
Reasonable: I will stop being anxious when asking for help.
Time-bound: By the end of quarter one I will have a grade average of at least 3.5.
Parent/Adviser Assistance: They can help me when I ask for it.
